A food diary should be completed for about 3-4 days before our consultation.  We arrange a consultation via Facetime or Teams. 

During your consultation, I will listen to your health concerns and investigate how your family history, lifestyle and diet among other factors are contributing to these concerns. Together we will agree a nutrition plan with diet and lifestyle recommendations to help you achieve your short and long term health goals.

Sometimes specific blood tests are recommended to help identify food intolerances and nutritional deficiencies. Testing helps to remove the guess work and can ensure you reach your health goals faster.

My advice is based on current research and scientific evidence.
